When will my order ship?

Production time for a PaintBook can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, depending on our current work load. Each PaintBook is hand-made to order and hand-crafted quality takes time. You will receive an email with shipping notification, including tracking info once it ships.

We supply (2)two batteries with each LED light order. Each battery last up to 1 hour on full charge. The PB LED light has a USB power port, but we find that this wired option does not run at full brightness. We also offer a 3 hour and 12 hour battery replacement in our store. Click here.

I live overseas, how long does shipping take?

Once your package ships, it can take up to 30 days to arrive at your nearest customs department.

How do I receive my package?

Your local customs department is supposed to contact you when your package arrives, but we have found it better for you to keep track of when it arrives and contact them yourself. Once it arrives at your customs department, you will need to pay your customs fee in order to receive it.  Fees vary by location.

  • We cannot ship our Prohibition Oil Medium overseas as one of it’s ingredients is prohibited.

  • We have had issues in some countries with the LED lights being held because they are electronic and contain lithium batteries.

Which items are restricted from international shipments?

We are not responsible for packages reaching their destination. Once it leaves the U.S.A. we cannot track the package or control how your customs department handles the package delivery.
